'User' means anyone accessing any part of the Site. The Site provides all Users with a package of features and services. The "Company" means Biodata (UK) Ltd.. By accessing the Site, you agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. Biomatch User (includes QuickMatch and all other registrants) notices and newsletters The Company takes its registered Users' privacy very seriously and will never send any material unrelated to its services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are also declaring that you welcome e-mailed notices in connection to your registration and you welcome Biomatch newsletters. If you are a QuickMatch registrant and do not wish to receive Biomatch e-mails and newsletters you can remove your details permanently and at any time by visiting the page you registred or by clicking on a special link contained on some of the Biowizard message sent. The Company does not keep any records of past Users or make User details available to third parties at any stage. Intellectual property rights Biodata (UK) Ltd holds exclusive license to use all patents, trade marks, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, database and software, copyright materials and information contained in the Site (the "Content"). You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any of the Content, including software, products and services, obtained from the Site without written permission from the Company.
